I/We hereby confirm the following:

• All information, statements, and documents provided to Aiful Finance Philippines Inc. (“Aiful PH”) are true and accurate.
• The necessary consent has been obtained by Aiful PH from me/us for third-party service providers to collect personal data and information related to my/our application.
• Any false declarations, inaccurate information, or omissions will be considered fraudulent acts against Aiful PH , and may serve as grounds for the rejection of my/our application, or if the application has already been approved, the revocation or termination of the same, and that Aiful PH reserves the right to pursue civil and/or criminal liability against me/us under Philippine law.
• Aiful PH has the sole discretion to approve or reject my/our application, and in the case of rejection, it is not obligated to disclose the reason for such rejection .
• We understand and agree that Aiful PH reserves the right to impose reasonable terms and conditions as deemed necessary or appropriate in connection with the use of its products, services, facilities, or channels.
• I/We agree to notify Aiful PH of any changes to the information and documents I/we have provided to it.
• I/We agree to receive updates, notices, or announcements regarding my/our application or AiFul PH’s products, services, facilities, or channels through SMS/text, email, fax, or other means deemed appropriate by Aiful PH.
• I/We have read and understood the terms and conditions regarding the products, services, facilities, or channels as outlined on www.AIFULFINANCEPHILIPPINE.com.ph, and explicitly agree to them. I/We also agree that Aiful PH will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use this site or linked sites, including issues related to availability, performance, errors, omissions, defects, delays, malware, or system failures.
• The above terms apply to all products, services, facilities, or channels of Aiful PH that I/We use. Aiful PH agrees to treat all information and documents obtained in connection with my/our application, account, transactions, credit relationship, credit facility, and other legitimate business purposes with strict confidentiality, except when required by applicable laws, government regulators, or supervisory authorities.

I/We explicitly agree to the following:

• The collection, use, storage, integration, and processing by Aiful PH and its duly authorized representatives and agents of all information provided by me/us.
• The outsourcing of information processing to duly authorized third-party service providers (whether located in the Philippines or abroad).
• The verification or validation of my/our information through government agencies, bureaus, offices, courts, or arbitration bodies.
• The disclosure and sharing of my/our information to:

• The parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and stakeholders of Aiful PH (AIFUL Group)
• Credit information agencies, research companies, credit bureaus, consumer reporting agencies, and similar institutions (e.g., Credit Information Corporation (CIC, RA 9510))
• Government agencies, bureaus, offices, courts, and arbitration bodies when required by law or a competent authority.
• Third-party service providers employed by Aiful PH or AIFUL Group, such as credit investigators or collection agencies, as well as other related external entities (whether in the Philippines or abroad) engaged in marketing, promotions, networking, loyalty programs, or joint venture partnerships.
• Other persons or entities that Aiful PH or AIFUL Group deems necessary or appropriate for the legitimate business purposes, or related matters.
